Future system manufacture, supply and install a range of aluminium, PVC and Timber windows. The company is based in Edinburgh and works throughout Scotland.
Aluminium windows have come to the forefront in terms of style and practicality for homes around the UK. While PVC might still be the most popular option for windows and timber the most traditional, many designers are now going with aluminium for window frames.
Here at Future system, we have been supplying aluminium frames to our customers for some time now as they realize the benefits of going for this style. For starters, aluminium is very strong and can come in a wide range of finishes so if you aren’t a fan of shiny while frames, aluminium offers a number of options.
Aluminium frames also offer one of the best rates of insulation on the market. That’s because there’s no chance that they expand and contract the way timber does and PVC can do. Being so stable means there are no gaps or breaks around the window that appear in different weather conditions.
And then there’s the maintenance – like PVC there’s very little to do to keep aluminium windows looking great. They don’t need painting or staining to make them weatherproof and there’s no worry about rust or corrosion. They don’t rot, peel or flake and are easy to simply wash down if there is some dust or debris sticking to them.
