Parallel Schuco by Future

It is a combination of HST and PSK systems. Patio PS is a patented system developed by Roto. The goal was to develop such a sliding system that would allow easy and quiet handling of the wing, up to a wing weight of 200 kg. It is therefore possible to produce magnificent formats fitted with heavy triple glazing, at a reasonable price.

This is an economical option for Schüco ThermoSlide lift-and-slide doors (HST), which are the top sliding systems.

With this type of sliding door, the leaf does not tilt, but extends to the side in parallel. When closed, the sash is automatically pressed against the frame with minimal use of force. Ventilation here is not realized by the classic tilting of the sash, but by the special position of the handle, when the sash is not completely pressed against the frame. In the future, we expect an innovation of this system, where it will be possible to tilt the sash into conventional ventilation, as we know it from plastic windows.

The system is constructed from statically very resistant balcony profiles from the Schüco LivIng series. Therefore, even the best thermal insulation properties offered by profile systems for passive houses can be achieved.

Another significant advantage is the use of an aluminum step.
